HOUSE CALLS are available if you have your own table. The fee is $100.00 per hour within a 10 mile radius of this office and must be prepaid. Beyond twenty miles mileage applies and is $1.00 per mile.
An early morning appointment before normal operating hours begin is possible. The rate is double and must be prepaid. An invoice will be sent via PAYPAL.
