NO back to back appointments.
Same day appointments cannot be changed or cancelled without calling me and you are still liable for payment. If you prepaid, there will be no refund. If you're not certain you can make the appointment, do not block my calendar.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment there is a link in your email to do that but must be done a minimum of twelve hours in advance. The link will not work under that time. Do not email me to cancel an appointment. You must use the link in your confirmation email OR call.
